Networking and our database
Using our extensive region-wide database, we were able to find a short-list of German-speaking candidates, each with impressive web and eCommerce experience. We narrowed the search further using direct search to contact the most promising candidates.
We limited our search to those candidates living within a 50km radius, so avoiding the cost and delay inherent in relocation.
We were able to short-list three candidates within a month.
